Friend and "Musicologist" Rick Wright exposed Mark to such music as, Around 1976 Mark moved to Montgomery, Alabama and started playing in a band called "Grace."Steve Maness on mandolin, Danny Raines on bass, Steve Garst on banjo and guitar.Mark also met his wife Susan through music.Mark and Susan played in a band called "Crossover""Susan is a great singer and artist and is the inspiration for a lot of my writing.
